The company's maintained AI-use Dossier

Build and maintain a Dossier of how your company uses AI.

Actus helps the company and its authorized internal leads or external advisers turn scattered facts about AI use into a reviewed, maintainable Dossier.

The annual license belongs to the company. During the beta, the first year starts at €180 + VAT. An external reviewer is optional.

The problem

AI is already inside the company. The shared record is not.

Different teams use AI without one maintained view of purposes, owners, tools, data, controls and evidence. When a client, investor, procurement team or lawyer asks for answers, the company starts reconstructing the facts under pressure.

Company-owned, adviser-friendly

The company owns the Workspace. Its advisers can help operate it.

The company buys the annual Actus license directly and decides who can access its information. Review can stay with an authorized internal lead or involve an external legal or compliance adviser.

For companies

  • A company-owned Workspace and annual license.
  • A maintained AI Use Register instead of disconnected files.
  • Clear gaps, evidence status and preliminary assessments.
  • A reviewed Dossier that can be maintained over time.

For Partner Firms

  • No Studio subscription or Partner Firm fee.
  • Access only to company Workspaces that explicitly authorize you.
  • A free multi-client overview from two active paid companies.
  • Professional services remain separate and are invoiced by you.

Inside Actus

A maintained workspace, not a one-off compliance document.

The register, preliminary assessment, evidence gaps and review queue stay connected. Companies keep ownership of their information and decide when to involve a Partner Firm.

How it works

From the first inventory to a reviewed, maintainable Dossier.

01

Map

Collect every AI Use Case with its purpose, owner, tool, data and human oversight.

02

Assess

See a preliminary, revisable risk assessment and the information that still needs confirmation.

03

Prepare

Connect evidence, vendor checks, training and policies to the real uses in your register.

04

Review and maintain

An authorized internal lead or external adviser reviews the work and keeps the Dossier current.

Upcoming vendor import

Start with the AI tools your company already pays for.

Kontai is a new product that helps companies see and manage software vendors and recurring subscriptions. A future connection with Actus is intended to bring likely AI vendors and tools into your workspace as Draft AI Use Cases, so your team does not start from an empty register.

Vendor import is not available yet and will require an active paid company Workspace. Every imported item stays a draft until someone in your company confirms, splits, links or dismisses it. Nothing enters the confirmed AI Use Register automatically.

One annual license. Everything in Actus included.

You do not have to choose between feature packages. Select your company size to see the paid beta price for the first 12 months.

How many people work at your company?

Company size determines the price, not what you can do with Actus.

Included in every company license

  • A company-owned Workspace and AI-use Dossier
  • AI Use Register and preliminary assessments
  • Evidence, open gaps and a review workflow
  • Access for authorized internal leads or external advisers

Preparation, not certification

Actus structures the work. People keep the final say.

The product is useful because its limits are explicit. It prepares evidence and context for review without presenting preliminary information as legal fact.

What Actus does

  • Centralizes confirmed AI Use Cases, tools, vendors, owners and evidence.
  • Surfaces preliminary, human-reviewable risk and documentation gaps.
  • Prepares a dossier and structured request for professional legal support.
  • Keeps a traceable history of what was completed, confirmed and reviewed.

What Actus does not do

  • Does not certify AI Act compliance.
  • Does not replace legal advice or specialist consulting.
  • Does not infer a confirmed use from a vendor invoice or subscription.
  • Does not approve documents or classifications on behalf of a responsible person.

Trust boundary

Actus helps prepare and organize the information. It does not replace legal advice.

Risk assessment remains preliminary and human-reviewable. The company decides whether review is performed by an authorized internal responsible person or an external adviser.

Assisted paid beta

Request company activation.

Tell us how your company uses AI and who will coordinate the Dossier. We will confirm the employee band, annual price and assisted onboarding path.
