  • Incident-reporting workflows for AI-related events, with Workspace visibility rules and human handling from report to closure.

  • Direct links from document-readiness summaries in the AI Use Register to the Document Map, filtered for the selected use case.

Improved

  • Dashboard actions for submitted use cases now reflect the current member's Reviewer permissions.
  • Incident reports are fully available in Italian and English, with more robust responsive layouts across dashboard, list and detail views.

  • Incident report status changes are now sequential and safe during concurrent updates, while Workspace-wide access is restricted to members with the explicit Reviewer role.
